Project Galigupta is a fast-paced Multiplayer Action RPG that immerses players in a magical pirate universe teeming with countless islands and treacherous oceans. Coming to PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Mac, Nintendo Switch, and Steam Deck with full cross-play support, the game offers a rich and dynamic open world where players command their own ships, engage in fast-paced hack and slash combat, and navigate complex moral decisions through an innovative honor system. Players can explore handcrafted and procedurally generated environments, engage in intense naval battles, hunt for legendary treasures, and build and customize their own bases. With a proprietary honor system, deep character development, diverse skill trees, and robust co-op multiplayer for up to four players, Project Galigupta delivers an unparalleled pirate adventure that adapts to each player's unique choices and playstyle.

Responsibilities:

We are working on a sophisticated honor system that will dynamically alter gameplay, NPC interactions, and world states based on player decisions, ensuring a personalized and evolving narrative. We have designed four main continents and tens of islands with diverse biomes and combination of hand-crafted and procedurally generated elements to provide satisfying exploration and a lot of replayability. The robust combat system, encompassing both hack and slash and naval warfare, were crafted to offer strategic depth and fluid action. Additionally, we are implementing a seamless cross-play and cross-progression features, enabling players to enjoy cooperative multiplayer across multiple platforms. The development process is also focused on creating a comprehensive character and base-building framework, allowing extensive customization and growth. Project Galigupta showcases advanced game mechanics, world-building, and cross-platform integration, positioning it as a standout title in the multiplayer RPG market.
