About:

Project Galigupta is a fast-paced Multiplayer Action RPG that puts players in a magical pirate universe filled with countless islands and treacherous oceans. The game is in development and will be released on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck with full cross-play support. The game offers a rich open world where players command their own ships, engage in fast-paced hack and slash combat, while navigating complex moral decisions. The handcrafted environments offer puzzles, intense naval battles, legendary treasures and epic boss fights. Project Galigupta will deliver a pirate adventure that is unique for each player thanks to our proprietary honor system.

Responsibilities:

We are the main developers behind this project. Our creative team is creating the story line, characters, art direction and music. Thanks to a decade in developing games we are able to deliver the game for PC and Consoles with full cross-play and cross-progression support. Some of the systems that we have developed for the project are: - A sophisticated honor system that will dynamically alter gameplay, NPC interactions and world states based on quest decisions, ensuring a personalized and evolving story. - Diverse biomes and combination of hand-crafted and procedurally generated environments to provide satisfying exploration and a lot of replayability. - Fast paced combat system, encompassing both hack and slash land combat and naval warfare. - Cross-play and cross-progression features using Photon Fusion for multiplayer and Google Cloud for save data. - Base-building framework, allowing indoor and outdoor customization.
